1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sokoban Dungeon application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the application.

2. Use License

Sokoban Dungeon is licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

3. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms incorporate by reference the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms shall control.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Sokoban Dungeon are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sokoban Dungeon makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Sokoban Dungeon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sokoban Dungeon.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the application or attempt to access it using methods other than the interface provided. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application except as permitted by applicable law.

7. In-App Purchases

Sokoban Dungeon may offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store payment information.

8. Age Requirements

The application is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the application, you represent that you meet this requirement.
